Base 1by ~mermaid-at-heart

I've been working on something, since I've sorta been bored this whole summer, but I thought I could post this because people can use it

This is a base that I made for my next project. I used this pix as reference [link]

It doesn't look exactly like the picture because I made the eyes bigger, there are tons of weird wiggly lines, and the hands are completely different since I really couldn't see the hands in the pix :/

Anyway I hope you like it. I've been practicing how to draw this style and I think I've been doing pretty good... it's way different from anime/manga style... well proportion size wise.
